Finally, closure on the S3 question. Interesting stuff to be sure.

Woohoo :D

Genuinely lookin forward to this update. Not that I'll be able to play em JP side for a while yet (too low level, also cancelled my sub V:)..
Dunno exactly why I'm lookin forward to the same old missions with tougher enemies (particularly Goliath), but I am. :>

What AFK levelling in White Beast? I know it's easy, but not exactly AFK-easy.

Edit: Oh, they mean something like shooting a Komazli from outside a room or something, I presume. Urgh, so they're removing enemy resta from a mission that's already the most easy and rewarding in the game... why can't they halve its MP reward already :(

S3 rank is both amusing and awesome XD

Its awesome that we get to see the Moatoob Relics area now.

Hopefully the enemy drop changes means less crea+ and kubara copy weapons or at least more boards instead of premade stuff. Though knowing ST it could just be them changing the Dimmabutt and Magas drops from the event ones.

I suspect that stuff will stay for now, and there'll be a new drop tier from 175-200 where monsters currently dropping made melee weapons/line shields will drop the boards instead. Still you never know.

Wouldn't surprise me.

It's probably a similar update to last year (to come up with new values). After awhile of repeating the same values from the year prior, people were able to guess what photon fortune was coming in advance. I'm guessing they probably didn't want this to be possible.

Did anyone notice that GBR is 6 weeks? I honestly don't think one has to be longer than 4, but that's just me.

Usually there aren't any content updates during GBR... maybe Sega are just squeezing everything out as much as possible, as per usual.

I could see that happening. Actually, SEED-Magashi seems to do that now. At LV150+ he drops [B] Agito Repca and the made weapon in the tiers below.

I'm hoping to see the high quality materials, like the rest of the Orks, the -cerans and Gels.

Anyway, I've messed around with the Desert Terror article to add in S3-related sections. For the requirements/rewards chart, that's not problem. Same for the enemy info chart. For the drop chart, however, I moved the S3 section down to a new row. I didn't want to add it right next the S2 column for two reasons. Number one, lower screen resolutions would suffer. Everything would be squashed and look pretty unfortunate. Number two, certain PSU enemies and areas have unique AOTI special drops that you won't get when encountered in a PSU mission. Go Vahra is one example with Go Vahra Nail. Kugu Desert is another (I assume) with the Lunga Egg dropping from certain objects. By having the S3 drops on a new row, we'll have an easy way to separate PSU special drops from AOTI special drops. On the down side, that leaves four columns of nothing (I just filled them in with double hyphens). But really, I don't think that looks too terrible.

Consider it future-proofing, since the chances are at some point there'll be something higher than S3 too.

Suddenly that old C-U2 charts JP wiki had seems slightly less outlandish.

Not that I didn't expect S3 eventually anyway.

Got a favor to ask of anyone on the JP side. Can you confirm the boss level for each of the new S3s? I'm looking over the JP wiki, and it says for Rogues' Shortcut and Stolen Weapon that Dimmagolus and Magas Maggahna are 10 levels above the base enemy level, as opposed to C-S2 where they are only five above. Any help is appreciated!

So far the only reported drop I can find on the JP-Wiki is [B] Ank Pikor for Dimmagolus 150+

Not sure why the JP's are being so tardy about putting this stuff up on the wiki. They're usually a lot quicker than this...

Any mentions of changed drops yet? I'm guessing there isn't much of a focus there with most people trying to run for new drops.

Bafal Bragga seems to drop the boards for the twin claws now instead of the whole thing.
Zamvapas drops Deraga-zashi at lv 150+ now instead of [B] Deva-zashi.
Muzzlefevic drops in the mines/drift/tunnel/cave/whatever you call it area now.
Some boss drops at lv 150+ "changed" a bit since the event.

Haven't noticed anything else yet.
