I was expecting more, but on the plus side, at least we're not at a dead standstill anymore. Now if they can just get us into the Lightning Carnival next update and keep regular, bi-weekly updates coming, we'll be making some good progress.

Yea they probably should have had the story mission, but maybe they wanted it to still be post event for some reason. Outside of that, there isn't much I could see being pushed up before the event.
Can't really judge what the biweekly updates will entail, but maybe they'll go back to the idea of big -> little -> big -> little -> etc. Guess there might still be a couple of those system updates though for what it's worth.

http://www.phantasystaruniverse.com/com ... =20081007aEnglish site was updated a bit ago. -- I went back over Japan's mission haishin jouhou (such a fun phrase to say) archive, and I noticed that they didn't get the sixth chapter until after DMC. I guess that makes more sense, since that chapter kind of ties into Shred the Darkness. But still, I wouldn't have minded getting it this Friday. Anyway, I'm still hoping that the Lightning Carnival is on track for this month, hopefully with an announcement soon. I mainly just want to see our updates rolling out at a steady, consistent pace.

Yea really the idea may have been that the next story mission would be very far off (especially if Parum GBR precedes the next major event). I think the problem is that we're at a point where much of the content is very much aligned with events. Outside of making our events shorter, we're rather locked into our delay at the moment.
Before anyone else says it...I heavily doubt they would consider holding GBRs for us simultaneously with major events. Outside of darkness of course.

Isn't it a bit early for another story mission? You guys just got one before GBR and ST's been releasing them every couple of months lately it seems. I also wouldn't have expected Densucki without them announcing it first. Plus that down time thing wouldn't make it very good for an event either (not that you'd all would be missing much :p).

Ah, I've been meaning to post here. So let's see where we are so far. Obviously Donoph's Soul was released which made me figure a number of others were. Igg Crown just appeared too. http://pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=152513I figured that we'd probably see the whole set after the one soul (and of course the earlier set). It's even likely the later set was added even though we might not be able to find some. We seem to have also received the White Beast update: http://boards2.sega.com/psu_board/viewtopic.php?t=89845
